Giannix provides AI development, robotics integration, and automation solutions. Each service engagement is governed by a separate agreement or invoice outlining scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline.

2. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are agreed upon in writing.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service or additional fees.

3. Refunds

Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, all sales are final.
Refunds may be issued only if we fail to meet the deliverables as outlined in the signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

Giannix retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project
Clients receive the right to use paid-for assets under the terms outlined in the agreement
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential project work in our portfolio

5. User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:
Violate any local, national, or international laws
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of our system
Transmit malware or harmful code
Misrepresent your identity or intent
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Giannix is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data or revenue
Service interruptions beyond our control
Our maximum liability under any contract is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Marketing Communication Consent

We will only send you marketing communications via email or SMS if you have explicitly consented by checking the appropriate opt-in box during submission.
